Organizational Climate

Do employees feel that their efforts are not recognized? Are there constant complaints about everything?

A negative organizational climate like this is not beneficial for anyone. The good news is that it can be reversed with strong leadership commitment and the implementation of appropriate corrective actions.

Although it has gained popularity in recent years and has become mandatory under Mexican regulations through NOM-035, organizational climate has been studied since the 1930s, emerging as a direct result of the clear impact that employees’ morale has on business performance.

It is evident that a negative work environment can directly affect a company’s profitability and its reputation in the market.

Among the main issues observed in poor or inadequate management of the organizational climate are: decreased overall productivity and a decline in service quality; internal and external noise (complaints and negative feedback within and outside the company); increased individualism and competitiveness in tasks; higher employee turnover and rising recruitment and training costs; loss of talent (high-performing professionals who choose to leave the company); low motivation, low engagement, and misalignment with business objectives; frequent delays and absenteeism; an increase in leave requests and permissions; production losses, rework, and excessive waste of time and materials; and limited creative input or innovative proposals.

Once some of these “symptoms” are identified—or when a decision is made to proactively address them—the first step is to conduct a thorough analysis of the organization and understand employees’ perceptions.

Organizational Climate Survey Assessment

After a preliminary interview and analysis, we design and conduct a survey tailored to the areas to be evaluated, delivering an executive report with actionable recommendations.  

NOM-035 Implementation

We conduct a workplace climate survey, develop action plans, and ensure the implementation of the standard.

Team Building

This is carried out through outdoor training activities and structured action plans, with follow-up for up to one year.
